Glassboxx is our secure partner app that delivers your ebooks and audiobooks. Download it to any device below:

How to Access Your Books
1. Buy your ebook or audiobook – your order confirmation email will include the link to Glassboxx.
2. Open the Glassboxx app – use the same email you used when buying.
3. Enter your verification code – Glassboxx will email you a short code.
4. Go to “My Books” – your content will load automatically.
Using a new device? Install the Glassboxx app again and log in.
Prefer to Read in Your Browser?
You don’t need the app – just log in with the same email via the Glassboxx Browser Reader.
Troubleshooting
I’m seeing “Email address not recognised”
You may be using a different email from the one used to buy. Try again. Still stuck? Email Finkhelp@glassboxx.com.
My books aren’t loading
In the app: tap the three dots (…) → Logout → log in again with your verification code.
I didn’t receive my verification code
Check your spam/junk folder – the code comes from Glassboxx.
Where do I find my books on a new phone?
Re‑install Glassboxx, log in with your purchase email, and your books will appear in “My Books”.
Discount Codes
You can apply a valid discount code at checkout – only one code per order, and it must match the items in your cart. Questions? Email sue@finkpublishing.com.

Returns: All ebook and audiobook sales are final.
