Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made directly through the Revise SQE website and to use of our website and digital products.
Revise SQE is an imprint of Fink Publishing Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 05204097, with its registered office at 10 High Croft, Exeter, EX4 4JQ.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ordering from Revise SQE
We sell printed books, ebooks, audiobooks and bundles through the Revise SQE website.
The format, edition, availability and price of each product are shown on the relevant product page. Please check that you have selected the correct product and format before ordering.
Prices shown on our website include any applicable VAT. Where VAT applies, the VAT element may be identified separately at checkout. Any applicable delivery charge will also be shown before you complete your order.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
From time to time we may offer promotional or affiliate discount codes. Normally only one order-level discount code may be used per order. We may amend or withdraw codes for future purchases, but this will not affect an order already completed using a valid code.
You will receive an order acknowledgement or confirmation using the email address provided when placing your order.
If we make a genuine error in a price, discount, delivery charge or product description, we will aim to correct it promptly and resolve any affected order fairly.
Availability and pre-orders
Product availability may change.
Where a product is available for pre-order, we will provide an expected publication or availability date. These dates are estimates and may occasionally change.
An order containing both available and pre-order products may be dispatched separately.
Printed books and delivery
Printed books ordered directly from our website are fulfilled and dispatched on our behalf by Hobbs the Printers.

Cancellations, returns and refunds
Please see our Returns Policy for information about cancelling or returning an order, our 28-day returns policy for printed books, damaged or faulty products, and refund requests for ebooks and audiobooks.
Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Ebooks and audiobooks
Digital products purchased directly from Revise SQE are delivered through the Revise SQE digital platform.
Your purchase gives you access to the digital product for your personal use. It does not provide you with an unrestricted PDF, EPUB, MP3 or other standalone copy.

Personal use of digital products
When you purchase an ebook or audiobook, you receive a licence to access and use that product for your own personal study. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with Fink Publishing Ltd and/or the relevant authors, licensors and rights holders.
Except with our permission or as permitted by law, you must not:
- share your account or login details or give another person access to your digital products;
- copy, reproduce, print, distribute, sell, upload, transmit or otherwise make our digital products available to another person;
- extract or store all or a substantial part of a publication outside the Revise SQE platform;
- modify or adapt our content to create or distribute a substitute or competing publication, question bank or revision resource; or
- use our content for commercial AI model training or fine-tuning.
You must not bypass or attempt to circumvent digital rights management or other content-protection measures used to protect our digital products.
Accounts and access
Your Revise SQE account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You can access your books on up to three devices.
We may apply reasonable technical or device restrictions to protect our digital products.
We may suspend or withdraw access if we reasonably believe that an account is being shared, used fraudulently or used in material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
We take reasonable steps to maintain access to our digital services, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

Editions, accuracy and SQE specifications
Each Revise SQE publication is prepared for the edition or assessment period identified on the product.
We have a robust editorial process and take care to ensure our materials are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If you spot something you think may be incorrect, please contact us so that we can investigate it.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority's official SQE assessment specification and guidance are authoritative and may be amended from time to time.
Purchasing one edition of a product does not entitle you to receive future editions unless we expressly offer this.
Our products are educational and revision materials. They are not legal advice and we do not guarantee any particular examination result.
Copyright and intellectual property
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in our books, ebooks, audiobooks, website content and other materials belong to Fink Publishing Ltd and/or the relevant authors, licensors and rights holders.
Purchasing a product does not transfer those rights to you.
You may use our materials for your own personal study in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. Except with our permission or as permitted by law, you must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit our content.
Our names, logos and trade marks may not be used without permission except where permitted by law.
Website use
You may use our website for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes, including browsing information and placing orders.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of Revise SQE or anyone else.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Purchases from other retailers
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made directly through the Revise SQE website.
If you purchase our products through another retailer or platform, the transaction, delivery, returns and platform access may also be subject to that retailer or platform's terms.
Separate arrangements may apply to institutional and multi-user licences, inspection or review copies, complimentary copies and trade customers.
Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where you purchase a digital product, information relating to your purchase may be processed as necessary to provide and administer your digital access.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, technology or the law.
A purchase will normally be governed by the Terms and Conditions in force when you placed your order. A later change will not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any rights or protections that applicable consumer law gives you.
