Philip Cowburn
Philip Cowburn is a practising criminal barrister, and former Senior Lecturer in Law (FHEA). At the bar Philip prosecutes and defends in a wide range of criminal matters, spending much of his time in the Crown Court. Whilst in academia, Philip specialised in crime and professional discipline. Philip is assisted in drafting this text by Charlotte Paxford.
