We aim to get your books to you as quickly as possible.
UK delivery
We offer two UK delivery options:
Standard tracked & signed for
Estimated delivery dates and the delivery charge are shown at checkout.
Next day tracked & signed for
Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are dispatched for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon, or at weekends or on bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times may differ for Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and other remote areas.
The delivery options, estimated dates and charges available for your order will be shown at checkout.
International delivery
We ship printed books internationally.
International orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours on working days and are sent using a tracked service, usually UPS.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may also be affected by customs or local delivery arrangements.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Where your order qualifies for free delivery, this will be shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
Our printed books are fulfilled and dispatched on our behalf by Hobbs the Printers.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information where available. Emails or tracking information may refer to Hobbs or to the courier being used, such as DPD or UPS.
Pre-orders
Where a book is available for pre-order, the expected availability or dispatch date will be shown when you order.
If your order contains both available and pre-order books, they may be dispatched separately.
Problems with your delivery
If your order is late, missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at revisesqesupport@hobbs.team and include your order number if possible.
