The Solicitors Regulation Authority’s (SRA) annual review for feedback on the SQE1 (FLK1 & FLK2) and SQE2 FLK is now open. The annual review aims to update the FLK to reflect changes in the law and practice, and to offer clarification based on feedback.
The SRA invites all interested parties, including students, to submit feedback in line with those aims. Feedback should be sent via email to the SRA by 13th February 2026.
Kaplan, the SQE assessment provider, will review the feedback. Any changes for the updated April 2026 FLK and SQE assessments after 1st September 2026 will be made as a joint decision between Kaplan and the SRA.
