Returns Policy

At Revise SQE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below and contact our customer service team for authorisation before proceeding with any return.

Physical Products (Print Books)

Return Window: 28 days from delivery date

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be in mint condition
  • No writing, highlighting, or damage
  • All original packaging included

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team for return authorisation
  2. Package items securely for return shipping
  3. Send via a trackable postal method (recommended)
  4. You are responsible for return postage costs

Damaged Items: In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. You may keep the damaged item and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


Digital Products (eBooks & Online Resources)

Returns are only available in exceptional circumstances, specifically:

  • Technical issues that prevent access to your digital content
  • Corrupt or damaged files that cannot be resolved

Important: Processing a refund for digital products means you will immediately lose access to all eBooks and online materials associated with your order. Please ensure you understand this before requesting a return.

Our customer service team will assess each digital return request on a case-by-case basis and may offer technical support to resolve issues before processing a refund.


Digital to Print Exchange

If you’ve purchased a digital product and would like to switch to the print version:

  1. Place a new order for the print version of your desired item(s)
  2. Forward us your new order number via email
  3. We will process a refund for your original digital purchase

Please note: You will lose access to the digital version immediately upon refund processing.


Processing Times

  • Digital refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Physical product refunds: 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items
  • Exchanges: 3-5 business days after receiving your new order details
